What is the difference between hemp and cannabis ?
Hemp's latin taxinomic name is Cannabis sativa. Yet, legally both are differenciated, at the time of this writting, with the name "hemp" standing when the species exhibits less than 0.2% THC, in the EU (0.3% in the USA), while the "cannabis" qualifier has generally been more applied to cases with any higher THC levels, beyond those rates.
